How long does it take to receive my order once I pay for it?
For any of our pre – configured builds (Voyager - Jupiter), once we receive payment, it takes three days to assemble all parts, two days to stress test our overclock and install all software, and three to seven days to ship depending on what part of the country you reside in.
Where does Fox Teknology ship from?
All our assembly is conducted on the east coast, in the state of New Jersey, with South Carolina coming soon.
How do I get the status of my order throughout this process?
Fox Teknology will continually update you every step of the way via E – Mail. If you have questions on your build, just email us @ customercare@Foxteknology.com.
What if something is broken when my computer gets here?
It depends on what is broken. We ship all our rigs in sturdy wooden crates, which protect our PC’s from the most extreme conditions. However, on a rare occasion, customers have received products with broken crates, which we always take up with the shipping provider. If your crate is intact, but your PC is still inoperable, contact customer care immediately with details about your problem for a quick solution.
What happens if I’m not happy with my PC?
If for any reason you are not happy with your Fox Teknology PC, you can return it within 15 days for a refund after receiving an RMA # from our returns department (returns@Foxteknology.com). See our Warranty Page for more information.
How do I upgrade a Fox Teknology PC I bought a few years ago?
Have a vintage FoxTek PC? We’d be glad to bring it up to date with today’s technology. E – Mail the customization gurus (customization@Foxteknology.com) with parts you have in mind from the list on our Customization Page, your own parts, or just a standard of performance you want to meet. Don’t know what you want? Give the gurus your budget and watch them get the most bang for your buck. It’s what we pay them for.
Do you upgrade PC’s from other manufacturers?
It depends. Fox Teknology will do nothing to void your existing warranty, which usually means we can’t do anything. However, if you are out of warranty and would like us to have a look, Email the details of your current machine to the gurus (customization@Foxteknology.com) to see if you qualify for upgrades.
Do you build laptops?
Unfortunately, no. Laptops do not have the size or the power to compete in today’s fast – paced gaming environment. This is changing very quickly, and we are currently researching emerging technologies capable of scaling down the size of the immense power of Fox Teknology computers. Check our site frequently for updates in this field.
Are Fox Teknology computers available in retail stores?
Currently, Fox Teknology sells exclusively through our website, and is not available anywhere else.
What do I do if I need help fixing my PC?
Fox Teknology has an extensive support system in place to help you with any problems you may have. See our Support Page for our full policy.
What is covered by the Fox Teknology warranty, and how long I it covered for?
Many aspects of our PC’s are covered for life (like support), while others for one to three years (like hardware). See our Warranty Page for further information.
